  4. Yep! About one ounce of alcohol is present in… 12 oz. Beer 8 oz. Wine Cooler 4-5 oz. Glass of Wine 1-1 ½ oz. Hard Alcohol

  22. Liability of Alcohol Service • Service to under 21. • Service to already intoxicated. • High risk behaviors after consuming alcohol. Key to remember about alcohol liability: if someone does something stupid under the influence of alcohol you served or provided for them, you are liable!
