  3. Access points • Option 1: useprotocolsand implementations established in ourcommunity (e.g. DiGIR, BioCASe, TAPIR, DwC-A) • Option 2: usegenericprotocolsand implementations (e.g. SPARQL, OAI-PMH) • Option 3: keepit simpler

  4. The simple system • Publishbase-url in a registry (tobedecided) • Example: http://data.bgbm.org/herbarium/ • The link returns a simple rdf-encodedlistof all publishedspecimen-URIs (formattobedecided) • Noqueryorpagingmechanisms. Theycanbeimplementedbyclients/aggregators.
