Modus operandi • 2 official meetings per year (during Regional and National Plant Pathology Congress) • approve activities and projects • approve/decision on expenses • each member has 2 representatives but only one vote per Company • Board committee eligible every 2 years (in August) • Annual fee is paid by members to support group activities (website, courses, books, etc.) • Research Projects are paid by Companies.
