  3. Galina Ulánova Was a Russian ballet dancer. She is frequently cited as being one of the greatest ballerinas of the 20th century.

  4. Ulanova was born in a family of artists of the Mariinsky Ballet. Father Sergey Ulanov, later became a ballet director, and his mother, Maria Romanova, was a teacher Choreographic School

  5. At 9 years old was admitted to the Petrograd Ballet School

  6. In 1928 she graduated from Ulanova Leningrad Choreographic School

  7.  In age 19 Ulanova danced her first leading part - Odette-Odile in "Swan Lake."
