Read Titles and Subtitles • Measuring Motion • Observing Motion • Speed Depends on Distance and Time • Velocity: Direction Matters
Look for BOLD words • The rate at which an object moves is its speed. • The speed of an object in a particular direction is its velocity. • Note the relationship between speed and velocity.
