REQUIREMENTS • Install Google’s Picasa Software • Remove all Photographs (JPEG, GIF, BMP) from ‘desktop’ and ‘my picture’ folder. • Polling Station wise Poll Day Photographs of electors. • Polling Station wise existing Electoral Roll Photographs extracted from the elector database. • Photo Comparison Report Maker Application (PCRM)
Run Picasa Software and set view to view tree to see all the image names as follows :
Set the required image file extensions to be processed from the Tool Option menu as follows :
Add photographs to Picasa from folders where the photographs of Poll Day and Electoral Roll Images are kept
Processing/Scanning of similar faces while uploading the image files of Poll Day to Picasa software
After importing and scanning of the images the software grouped similar faces from the images as “Unnamed people” with different number of groups and faces
Give a name to the ‘Add a name’ box of any image e.g. F01, F02, F03……..Fn for females and M01, M02, M03…..Mn for males and press enter to start to find out similar faces of that particular image. Let us give a female image name as F15
Result of finding with elector data AC NO., Part NO., SL.NO. in the current Electoral Roll
The result of every person of a Polling Station will be saved as below
