  3. WHAT IS ENERGY PERFORMANCE CONTRACTING An agreement that allows School Districts to take budgeted utility and operational costs and reallocate them into energy saving capital Improvements without the need for Increased Taxes.

SUMMARY • Over $946k in annual Total Savings – @ 30% reduction • Savings Guaranteed by Johnson Controls • Project Size - $16,400,000+ with a positive cash flow every year • LIPA Rebate - $170,000 • Includes $45k in Operational Savings • All savings are reviewed by a third party and by the NYS State Education Department prior to any work beginning.
