  9. Make Your Own Pizza • Need: • Cookie Sheet • 1 T. dry yeast • 1 cup warm water • 1 T. sugar • 1 ½ t. salt • 2 T. vegetable oil • 3 ¼ cups flour • 2 t. Italian seasoning • Pizza toppings

Make Your Own Pizza • Directions: • Dissolve yeast in water. • Add sugar, salt, vegetable oil, and 1 ¼ cups of flour. • Beat until smooth and knead in remaining flour. • Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for one hour. • Flatten dough on a cookie sheet. • Spread pizza sauce on the dough. • Personalize your pizza with toppings such as sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, green peppers, or onions. • Sprinkle cheese and Italian seasoning on the sauce. • Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
