  3. Stap 2. Welk gegeven hoort daar bij? Het aantal vierkante meters m2.

  4. Stap 3. Hoeveel m2 heeft hij nodig? 3a. Woonkamer: 5,2 x 6,5 = 33,8 m2. 3b. Slaapkamer: 3,2 x 4,6 = 14,72 m2. 3c. Totaal: 33,8 + 14,72 = 48,52 m2.

  5. Stap 4. Hoeveel m2 koopt hij? 4a. Nodig: 48,52 m2. 4b. 5% extra: 1% = 48,52 : 100 = 0,4852 m2. 5% = 5 x 0,4852 = 2,48 m2. 4c. Hij koopt: 48,52 + 2,48 = 51 m2.

  6. 2292,45 Stap 5 . Hoeveel euro moet hij betalen? 5a. Hij koopt: 48,52 + 2,48 = 51 m2. 5b. Te betalen: 51 x €44,95 = €2292,45.
