  2. (1) – au travers de ARE@ santé Avantages : - ARE@ Santé possède une personnalité juridique et peut exiger une participation au frais aux participants à la formation. APLA ne le peut pas. - APLA fournit une assistance technique gratuite à ARE@ Santé pour l'utilisation du logiciel. Juridiquement, le client ne paye rien pour cela. Il paye juste pour la formation, pas pour l'utilisation du logiciel. Personne ne peut attaquer ARE@ Santé en justice pour tentative de commercialisation du logiciel. - Le client n'est pas au contact du logiciel. Il fournit juste les inputs et reçoit les outputs. - Le client n'a aucun recours contre ARE@ Santé en cas de mauvais fonctionnement du logiciel. Seul APLA est responsable du logiciel. Inconvénients : - ???
