Achieved • National Backbone: More than 3,000 Km of fiber infrastructure (Kigali, Districts, 11 Boarder Posts), connected to submarine cables • High Capacity: 10 Gbps between each districts upgradable to 160 Gbps on same fiber • Connected: Government buildings/offices, universities, hospitals, schools, etc… • Future Proof: Spare capacity for future expansion, leasing to other operators
