Shaw, Class of 2013 Dean’s Office Summer Funding Recipient, performs duties like compiling resources, analyzing district data, and supporting OCPS staff at various locations. The School District of PhiladelphiaThe Office of Counseling and Promotion Standards The mission of the School District of Philadelphia is to empower all students to reach their potential both academically and socially and the OCPS supports this through its own mission, which is to provide a system of supports to counselors so that they may assist their students in achieving that potential. Shaw Class of 2013 Dean’s Office Summer Funding Recipient of the Nadia Ann Mirel Memorial Fund • Major Duties and Responsibilities • Compile resources for students, parents, and school faculty • Analyze District data on high school FAFSA and Senior Exit Survey completion • Compile reports based on data analysis • Thought development • Support OCPS staff at on and off-site locations • Attend various meetings including District restructuring meetings
