    15. En el marco del Acta 289 de la CILA, se realizaron Estudios Conjuntos para analizar la calidad del agua en los Ros Colorado y Nuevo. Los estudios permiten identificar zonas con problemas de calidad del agua, definir acciones de remediacin y observar el impacto benfico de las obras de saneamiento construdas. Permiten observar el progreso de los programas de infraestructura apoyados por COCEF.
