Quickie Sticky Cinnabites INGREDIENTS 5 pre-made biscuits cut into fourths -use a pizza cutter on a cutting board 1/4 c. brown sugar1 tbsp. butter1/2 tbsp. water1/2 tsp. cinnamon DIRECTIONS 1.Microwave sugar, butter, and cinnamon in a microwave safe bowl on High for 30 seconds. (cover with wax paper) 2.Mix well. 3.Add biscuit pieces, gently stir to coat well. 4. Microwave on High for 3 minutes. (cover again) 5. Let stand 1 minute. 6. Flip onto plate. 7. Sprinkle with powdered sugar

It is your “food lab pass”(may be homework if not completed in class. • Be sure to follow kitchen and class rules if you plan on participating.
