  3. TMA Mission To provide Government agencies with customized training, learning, and human capital solutions that maximize individual, team, and enterprise performance.

TMA: Who We Are • Established in 1982 as a reimbursable program in OPM • Contract vehicle for quick access to private-sector contractors with expertise in developing and implementing learning and human capital solutions • Current contract period is through 3/31/12 • Manage 550+ projects annually • Support 140+ government customers

TMA: Who We Are (Continued) • Current HQ staff of 25, includes a Leadership Team, 14 Project Managers and 2 Ordering Officers • Regional staff includes 2 Project Managers and 1 Program Assistant in Philadelphia • 32 pre-qualified commercial partners • Senior Performance Consultant under contract • Realized Inter-Agency Agreement (IAA) funding for FY 2007 was approximately $195M

The TMA Guarantee • “We guarantee the performance of our commercial partners and stand behind the quality of our products.” • If a contractor is not performing well, your TMA • Project Manager will intervene immediately & • establish a plan to get back on track. • If a contractor does not improve in a reasonable • time, with your concurrence your TMA Project • Manager can move the project to another contractor • in days. • TMA has achieved a 99% deliverable acceptance rate since FY 2000.

Recent Contract Enhancements • Ability to procure hardware, software, and licenses related to custom training or human capital solutions • Ability to implement custom training solutions of any kind • Ability to provide Training Program Management Office (PMO) support including course delivery, web-hosting, or production of instructional materials • Ability to provide Human Capital PMO support including program analysis, stakeholder coordination, program status reporting, capital asset planning, and management presentations
