Overview KX-NS1000 V3.0 also supports the following features. • Integrated IP trace tool • Full Call Log for Extension calls on PT • Own Extension Directory for each Tenant • P2P connection between IP-Trunk and IP-PT • T.38 support for Extension side • E-mail notification with TLS/SSL • Backup Master Mode / Isolated Mode indication on phone • Conference Group Call Enhancement • New Activation Key • Same Enhancement as TDE/NCP

  6. 2. Features 2-1 Integrated IP trace tool For Easy trouble shooting, SIP and H323 trace will be visible by using Wireshark. Current NS1000, TDE series and NCP series provides binary trace data file saved in memory as PRTSIPC file for SIP information and PRTH323 file for H.323 information. So they can’t be readable besides our engineer. New Off-line Web MC will convert IP trace file to pcap file as wireshark file format.Then these information will be readable for everyone. You don’t need to visit site to get trace for initial investigation PRTSIPC_ cap.pcap PRTSIPC file PRTH323 file PRTH323 _cap.pcap Convert tool in NS1000Off-line Web MC Wireshark - Trace Data will be collected per system (not per slot/port) - 600 trace data are recorded (1500 bytes / 1trace data) - Trace Data format that is produced by NS different since V3. This means that trace data from V2 or V1 can’t be converted by this tool.

  7. 2. Features 2-2 Full Call Log for Extension calls on PT Especially big enterprise customer would like to log call from/to other EXT thus their office size is quite big.   9. 2. Features 2-3 Own EXT Directory for each Tenant To restrict for showing Extension Directory of other company under same PBX is required. (System Speed dial already has been restricted for other tenants at current version) <Before spec change> All extension number that is in the system is shown on extension directory.   14. 2. Features 2-6 E-mail notification with TLS Supported SMTP over TLS function Following table shows what type of TLS/SSL is for SMTP. E-mail accounts of MS-exchange and Hotmail can be used by this enhancement.

Features 2-7 Backup Master Mode / Isolated Mode indication on phone System Alarm Button EnhancementSystem Alarm Button can show status of either Backup Master Mode or Isolated Mode on the PT phones. • Condition) • Current mode (whether Backup Master Mode or Isolated Mode) can be indicated on LCD of the phone by pressing the key while Red ON. The key work as System Alarm key so if there is/are more error then showing those error by pressing the key again. • Backup Master Mode indication: • Phones under Backup Master and Slaves which are controlled by Backup Master. • Isolated Mode indication: • Phones under Isolated Slave unit. • Note) • NT and DT can assign System Alarm Key on their FF keys. • UT, UDT and TCA do not support this feature.

You can offer suitable solution according to the customer’s requirements. Conference Bridge Solution - Scheduled Dial-out (Up to 96) CA Module Appliance Initiator Dial-out CA Module automatically calls participants at once according to the schedule. Functionality (Screen/Reporting flexibility, Agent tool) - Scheduled Meet-me conference (Up to 96) Participants access the conference with conference room No. and PIN No. CA Module Screen Meet-me Built-in function (V3.0 Enhancement) Participants - Up to 32 conference call - Initiator calls participants one by one in order. - Initiator calls a conference group. Initiator * By using CA (CA Pro, CA Operator Console, CA Supervisor), initiator can call up to 31 participants at oncefrom CA Screen. However, up to 8 parties can speak at same time as same as current (till Ver2) specification. Capacity (Participants)

Note) CA does not support this function. In other word when CA initiates the conference group call, up to 8 parties can speak at same time as same as current (till Ver2) specification.

How to program 3-1 Integrated IP trace tool New Icon for pcap file converter Step 3 Click Open. pcap file will be created automatically as file name; “xxxxx_cap.pcap” Step 1 Click pcap Converter in Main Menu.. Open File screen will be displayed. - Trace Data will be collected per system (not per slot/port) - 600 trace data are recorded (1500 bytes / 1trace data) Step 2 Click Browse and choose trace file.

New Parameter: Reject/Accept T38 call 4-2) Remove Alphabet from Caller ID data When SIP Provider send Caller ID information with Alphabet, NS1000 V3 will automatically remove alphabet data. Note: No programming is required.

Therefore “Send CLIP of CO caller” should be enabled. On the other hands, when extension user transfers CO call to cellular and if CO Caller CLIP “01-xxx-yyyy” is informed to telephone company “03”, some telephone company disconnects the call. Therefore “Send CLIP of CO caller” should be disabled.=> NS sends “CLIP of CO caller” always regardless setting, if call is transferred by UM/VM. They can be switched by “Transfer” key or “INFO” soft key. If user presses the button by happen,this becomes cause of trouble, because last mode is displayed at first from next call. “My phone does not displays caller ID always…”=> NS does not save display mode, even after PT operation. - Display switch operation itself is kept. - Display mode can be assigned using PCMC. - “Automatic save after PT operation” is kept by PCMC system reserved bit. Default is new specification.

But TRG2 should be allowed for Tenant 1 as 2nd priority of outgoing call, when all CO in TRG1 are occupied.
