Guidance for annual report:Introduction • Include information about the Center and the UCEDD organizational structure • Provide information about the State • Describe accomplishments broadly • Discuss the role of the CAC in reviewing UCEDD progress
Guidance for annual report:Progress Report on Goals • Make the narrative progress report for the goals descriptive • Tell ADD your story of how you achieved the goal • We are not just interested in getting data

Guidance for annual report:Appendix • When using appendices, be sure to refer to them in the report • Include copy of evaluation plan in the appendix
Annual report • Suggested length of report: between 30 – 50 pages • Report will have to be resubmitted if it does not provide enough detail • Use plain text formatting tools (capitol letters to set of section, outline) • Sample reports • Due Monday July 30, 2007
