Concern: • Why is the customer bringing in this vehicle? • Question the customer until you are sure you know why the car is in the shop. • Then clearly write this as the concern. • In this example the customer asks to get the battery recharged. After talking you find they really want it fixed so the battery doesn’t keep going dead.
