  4. Current Situation -1 out of every 3 citizens is an alcoholic -Alcoholism tripled in the past 15 years -Average Age of first drink = 13 - Average Life expectancy = 60

Resources • Unfortunately our resources are very limited due the Russian government almost favors the drinking problem the country has because of the large revenues they receive from the alcohol sales. • We will turn towards the local community, such as churches, for any additional resources as well as support.
