The Lark and the Beetle. The beetle was dying of hunger. The Lark saw the beetle suffering . The Lark left beetle and found a fig. The Lark brought the fig to the beetle. Just then a hunter appeared. Lark didn’t see the hunter… but beetle did. Before the hunter could shoot … beetle bit him.

  7. Lark didn’t see the hunter… but beetle did.

  8. Before the hunter could shoot … beetle bit him

  9. The moral: One good turn deserves a second.
