Applicant reactions to personnel selection procedures. Organizational adoption of Natural Hazards Risk Mitigation measures: Examination of factors influencing the organization's adoption of hazard mitigation measures, especially emphasizing earthquakes. Individual decisions to adopt mitigation measures, as well as factor effecting hazard planning effectiveness, are also of interest.
