  4. Certificate Program • A non-credit certificate program was added in January 2014 • We offer 3 types of certificates: • Governance • Operations • Management • 15 Participants • 11 Participants have earned Certificates • 1 Participant has earned all 3

  5. What Did They Think of Us • 95.45% Strongly Agree/Agree-- The seminar was well organized. • 94.8% Strongly Agree/Agree-- The facilitator(s) were well prepared.
