INTRODUCTION • MoHSW and PMORALG are jointly required to provide feedback to stakeholders on the annual district health services performance report. • Feedback is based on the summary and analysis of data from 21 RHMTs assessment report of CCHP progress reports for the management actions and decision making

  4. Objectives • To share with stakeholders on the LGAs performance in the provision of quality health services. • Discuss on findings and challenges related to the provision of health services. • Suggest /recommend actions to address findings and challenges to improve health service delivery at the districts

  5. STATUS OF CCHP REPORT 2009/10 • The reports were due for submission to the center by 15th August 2010. • To date, only 16 out of 21 RHMTs have submitted the reports. 5 have not submitted. • 7 RHMTs submitted CCHP performance reports on time • Only 3 out of 16 submitted the required annual report (July 2009- June 2010) the rest submitted the 4th Quarter only • .

STATUS OF CCHP REPORT 2009/10…. • Quick review of the reports from the RHMTs was done as they were submitted. • Both reports were of low quality with inadequate essential information • Some were disqualified, then the RHMTs were asked to revise their reports • The analysis of district performance report is still being finalized

  7. WAY FORWARD • Those not submitted reports have been reminded to submit immediately. • RHMTs were also asked to submit hardcopies of the LGAs’ annual (July 2009 - June 2010 ) CCHP implementation reports • MoHSW & PMO-RALG continue with the task of analyzing and consolidating a summarized district performance (technical and financial) reports 2009/2010

  8. WAY FORWARD….. • MoHSW & PMO-RALG to prepare a summarized income and expenditure report for 2009/2010 • The district performance reports are to be presented at the Main Review JAHSR 29th and 30th Sept. 2010.
