IETF Trust Chair Report: Actions and Developments Since Philadelphia Meeting

This report outlines the IETF Trust's administrative activities and key actions taken between the Philadelphia and Dublin meetings. Highlights include updated Trustee meeting minutes posted online, revised administrative procedures adopted in April, and successful application for an ISSN for the RFC series. Additionally, there were developments in legal provisions for IETF documents, with a draft policy revised and good discussions held in the IPR WG meeting. Notably, the Trustees decided to transition from the Non-profit Open Source License to a BSD license for volunteer-developed code in July 2008.
