Microencapsulation Process Microencapsulation is a process for cosmetics, fragrance and skincare protecting delicate and expensive oils, vitamins and other materials from degradation, maximizing their effectiveness and stability. This technique allows to encapsulate any substance, solid materials or liquids in a membrane that isolates them from the environment and protects. Tagra is the only company to patent the Release on Demand™ (RND™) Microencapsulation Technology. This technology enables the production of encapsulated ingredients conforming to worldwide cosmetic regulations.

  3. Microencapsulated Products for Cosmetics Tagrahas been using Microencapsulation technology to manufacture various products. Our all products are under research and approved. Products which are formulated with this technology are; Vitamins, Essential Oils, Pigments, Flavonoidsand UV filters. All of these products are widely used in pharmaceuticals and cosmetic industry. Sunburn is basically caused by ultraviolet B radiation, but ultraviolet A may be more damaging to the skin. Skin protects the body organs including ultraviolet rays, and acts as a thermostat to maintain body temperature. Our encapsulated UV filters are widely used in skin and cosmetic creams.
