  18. Saving files as JPG • Choose File, Save and Send • Choose Change File Type • Select JPEG File Interchange Format • Click Save As • Type your file name and click Save • When prompted choose current slide or every slide

  19. Editable Handouts in Word • Choose File, Save and Send • Choose Create Handouts • Click Create Handouts • Choose the appropriate option • Click OK Your file will be exported to MS Word for editing.

  20. Grouping and Ungrouping Clipart • To ungroup, right click image and choose Group, Ungroup. You may need to choose this option a 2nd time for ungrouping clipart • To group an object, select all images by lassoing or holding shift and clicking all images. Right click all images selected and choose Group, Group.

  21. Word Art – from MS Word • Open MS Word.  Choose File, Save As.  Name the file but before choose Save – change the Save As Type to Word 97-2003 Document.  Press Save.   Now choose Insert, Word Art – the old wordart format will appear.  From here you can copy your creation and paste it on your PowerPoint slide.
