Analysis of miR159 Small RNA Abundance in Common Bean and Soybean Developmental Stages

This study presents the abundance of small RNAs mapped to the pre-miR159 precursors in common bean and soybean across four different organs: root, flower, nodule, and seed. The data, sourced from Legume Next-generation sequencing databases, highlights the normalized read counts per 100,000 reads for miR159a (blue) and miR159.2 (red). The figure indicates instances where certain RNA was not observed, providing insights into the expression patterns of these microRNAs during the plants' developmental stages.

The abundance of small RNAs mapped to the pvu-miR159a precursor is indicated by numbers next to each small RNA for four different organs as indicated in the figure. Data obtained from Legume Next-generation sequencing databases (http://mpss.udel.edu/legume). Blue corresponds to miR159a, and red corresponds to miR159.2. The (-) symbol indicates that the corresponding RNA was not observed in the samples. Numbers refer to normalized read counts corrected for every 100,000 reads.
