This training seminar, held in Florence from February 13-15, 2013, focused on improving the coordination of European Works Councils (EWCs) within UNI Europa sectors including media, tourism, and finance. Participants educated themselves on an integrated strategy concerning multinational companies, fostering stronger alliances among trade unions. The seminar included sectoral training, the nomination of coordinators, and shared guidelines to establish a basic standard for EWC coordination, essential for the successful collaboration between sectors while maintaining autonomous operations.
