  5. Next Phase • Begin December/January • Additional Functionality for Reference Data • Material Relationships • Pay Items, Test Methods, Basis of Acceptance • Notification Process • Introduce Unit Code Table • Maintain Gradations for Materials • Other AASHTO NGT Web Standards
