Local/National COVE Station Pilot Pilot stations chose from different methods of implementation: Use pre-designed, plug and play templates Build your own player Using an existing player, integrate content feeds Staged rollout of stations in each implementation group in parallel to national player launch Experiments: Sponsorship, membership, themes (education, the arts, public affairs), short form/long form, guidelines for partially paying dues members, etc.

Local/National COVE Station Pilot Player Features “Shoulder-Level” presentation of local and national content on home page and throughout the portal Programmable feature containers to create and serve up themed content of local interest Ability to create unique user experiences through the use of station-controlled tagging Related content area available to be populated and maintained by stations Ability to share content with other stations
