  2. The Strategic Plan Context Dr. Jeff Gingerich Departments across campus have been working hard on the development of new programs to support the college’s Strategic Plan. These new programs are intended to keep Cabrini strong as the higher education marketplace continues to evolve.

  3. Additional programs will help ensure Cabrini stays on a firm financial footing.

D. • MA in Religious and Pastoral Studies • MS in Biological Studies • In Process at NPB: • MS in School Psychology • Instructional Coach Endorsement • Minor in Latin American Studies • Additional Programs are still in development at the Department level New (and ‘Newer’) Programs

  11. “The Murky Middle” “My Course Model” “Master Course Model” Many programs will want to migrate from the ‘My Course’ model toward more consistent formats. But this takes time and resources.

  13. Faculty Math Resources available for the development of online resources must be cost-justified. How can we utilize technology to help us teach and reach students more efficiently and effectively?
