August 2014 (1) AME • - Manning currently at 98.2% , manned to 96.7% for FY15 Enlisted Programmed Authorizations. • Projected advancement opportunity to remain fairly stable. • No Convert-out opportunity exists . • Convert-in opportunity exists in YG 2005, 2007, 2009. A school seats are limited and can affect acceptance into rating • PACT Designation quotas exist for 2013 Year Group. • - All applicants need to pass Flight Deck Physical. • - ASVAB requirements: VE+AR+MK+AS=210 OR VE+AR+MK+MC=210 • - This is an “A” School required rate and all conversions into this rating are required to meet OBLISERV requirements. • SRB for Zone A and B (1.0) Open Rating
