  2. Ingredients • 4 eggs • 1/2 cup vanilla nonfat Greek yogurt • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon • 4 wide-loaf slices day-old bread • Cooking spray Sauce: • 3/4 cup vanilla nonfat Greek yogurt • 1/4 cup maple-flavored pancake syrup • 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon

  3. Step 1 • Combine sauce ingredients

  4. Step 2 • Beat eggs, 1/2 cup yogurt and cinnamon in shallow dish until blended. • Cut each bread slice into 3 to 4 wide sticks. • Soak bread stick in egg mixture, turning once.

  5. Step 3 • Coat large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium heat until hot. • Place bread sticks in skillet in two batches. • Cook over medium to medium-low heat until golden brown and no visible liquid egg remains, 1 to 2 minutes per side. • Clean skillet. • Repeat to cook remaining bread.

  6. Step 4 • Serve French toast sticks with dipping sauce.
