  3. Menu of Options • Click Here to request for us to research a NTO

  4. NTO Request Form • Enter in Your Customer & Job Information and then click Submit

  5. Menu of Options • Click Here to Check the Status of NTOs Already Requested & Print Forms

  6. NTO Log Input Form • Enter In A Date Range of NTOs You Want to View & Click Start

  7. NTO Processing • Click Here to See A • Copy of a NTO

  8. Copy of A NTO To see if certified mail has been received put your cursor over the certified number.

  9. Copy of A NTO Shows date delivered and time signed for.

  10. E Return Receipts for Certified Mail When you click on the link of the certified number a copy of the e Return Receipt for the certified mail will appear.

  20. Request Supplemental Data Make any changes necessary & select mail type

  21. Menu of Options • Click here to enter a request on a blank screen from scratch • Click here to review what you have done

  22. Menu of Options • Print your copy of the NTO and use forms just list the “Complete NTO Service”
