Clubsand their responsibilities • Each club is responsible for their own publicity • No limits on amount of posters/flyers/announcements • You are allowed to use ASB materials • BUT use them according to the rules that will be presented • After the event all publicizing material MUST be removed • Whatever is put up by your club members must be taken down

  3. Flyers • If you want to post flyers you must get the approval stamp on the flyer prior to making copies • If you decide to not get the stamp your flyers will be removed without notice! • You can get your paper stamped by Lisset Cervantes • OR place/hand them to • Mrs. Damrel • Lisset • Mrs. Damrel box/folder on the door • Please note that Lisset Cervantes is the official stamp holder.

  4. Announcements • The announcements turned into Johnny must ALSO have the “ASB approved” stamp • If the announcement form does not then your announcement will NOT be read without notice • The announcement must be printed on the announcement form • No line or blank paper

  5. Why get it stamped? • To ensure the information being printed on the flyers is appropriate • To ensure the information being announced is appropriate • Simple as that!

  6. Broken Rules • These rules are NOT hard to abide by.If, for whatever reason, you decide to not follow them then your next event will be limited as far as publicizing goes. • 3 big posters ONLY • No flyers

  7. Rules when using ASB materials • Write your name and the name of the club you are working for in the list located on the table • The room must look the way it looked when you arrived • You are not limited in making posters(keep in mind you must remove the material when the event is over) • As far as paper goes, you are responsible for bringing your own paper to make copies with. The same applies with tape. • The brushes and containers used must be cleaned • NOTE THAT PRIOR TO DOING ALL OF THE ABOVE YOU MUST GET THE O.K FROM MRS. DAMREL WHEN WORKING INSIDE HER ART ROOM
