  2. Differences in setting of Bumthang, Paro, Thimphu Mongar, & Wangdue, in contrast to setting created in Tang. • Tang backward in comparison to other dzongkhags. • no proper road facilities(rough road). • No electricity and telephones. • In the past people use resinous wood piece from blue pine trees for lighting but now they use candles and kerosene lamp which is less smoky.

  3. Human Meetings and Dog meetings. • Dawa encounters with two old ladies talking about the dasho coming to their village. • Villagers are supposed to bring eggs, butter, cheese, chilli and to gather at kizom bridge. • Their talk on meetings that the villagers have to attend( sharing their opinions). • Their hope to get a bridge and electricity in their village.

  4. Two old ladies opinion on dogs after seeing Dawa. That is “we keep talking of development even the dogs are benefiting from development. They walk along the roads as if the roads were constructed for them). • Their only way of conveying message is with the help of messenger that is by shouting at each other. • Dawa’s mission to go to the cave where he can cure his disease.

  5. Dawa’s encounter with the big dog in Tang and helping him with the way. • Villagers gather for the meeting with all the necessities. They waits for the government official to come but as usual their faliure in bringing the computer makes them to postpone the meeting which really irritates the villagers.
