  13. Psalm 23. The Lord is my shepherd,

  14. I lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures,

  15. He leads me beside quiet waters,

  16. He refreshes my soul. He guides me along the right paths for his name’s sake.

  17. There is danger for any sheep that goes off the path.

  18. We are like sheep who need someone to show us the way.

  19. Sometimes we really don’t know which way to !

  20. Sometimes life gets really crazy!

  21. We are talking about the paths in our lives, not a real maze. • Who should I pick for friends? • How should I act when people pick on me? • Should I laugh at that joke? • Should I pray about my sadness? • Should I change jobs? • Should I do what my staff or parents say?

  22. Sometimes we really don’t know what to do?

  23. Remember Psalm 23. He guides me along the right paths for His name’s sake.

  24. Why do we want God to guide us?Can’t I just make up my own mind?

  25. Life is like being in a cave, can you really find your way safely without a light?

  26. Could you really cross that bridge safely in the dark? Could you even find the bridge in the dark? I don’t think I could.

  27. I sure need my Shepherd! How about you?

  32. Jesus lights the way to heaven for us like a candle.

  33. We lead others to Jesus by our words and actions.

  34. Let’s pray. Lord, guide me along the right paths and help me lead others by telling them about you. Amen.

  37. For my shepherd gently guides me, Knows my needs and well provides me,

  38. Loves me ev’ry day the same, Even calls me by my name.

  39. Day by day, at home, away, Jesus is my staff and stay. When I hunger Jesus feeds me, into pleasant pastures leads me;

  40. When I thirst, He bids me go where the quiet waters flow.

  41. Who so happy as I am, Even now the Shepherd’s lamb?

  42. And when my short life is ended, By His angel hosts attended, He shall fold me to His breast, There within His arms to rest.
