Safety audit – accident localities • Discovered and assessed total of 37 localities • 1. degree of seriousness • High level of relative accident rate, • considerable personal consequences of TA, • accelerated remedy performance necessary. • 2. degree of seriousness • Medium level of relative accident rate, • Medium personal consequences of TA. • Most of discovered shortcomings can be removed by low-cost measures or by uncompromising maintenance.
