  1. Mentor/Mentee Collaborative Online Documentation

  2. Go to http://my.cms.k12.nc.us/ • From CMS computer– you will just need to be logged into the computer • From home you will need to log on • Username/Password – Same as email (Password must meet criteria in order to access from home)

  3. Click on Professional Development in top bar.

  4. Click on Mentor/Mentee Collaborative Log (left menu bar)

  5. You should now be here • Click theOnline Collaborative Log link.

  6. Fill in each field • Only the mentee and mentor can view the detailed information from this log

  7. Easiest way to enter: • Enter mentor/mentee email without the @cms.k12.nc.us • Click on the check name icon to verify I.E. Mentor: John Doe (Email: john.doe@cms.k12.nc.us)  Enter as john.doe  Click Check Name Icon Or • Use the People Picker • Click OK to submit form
