  2. Potato pancakes • Pancakes are a favourite type of potato pancakes in the kitchen eastern Slovakia and southern Moravia. The pancakes are often complementary milk.

  3. Sheep cheese • The most typical Slovak national meal is sheep cheese dumplings with bacon. They are prepared from potatoes, flour, salt, sheep cheese and bacon. A common accessory is a sheep cheese dumplings cup sour milk or whey.

  4. Pies • Pies are traditional Slovak food. Prepared from potatoes, flour, eggs, salt and additives. A common accessory is a curd or jam the stuffing, bread crumbs, cinnamon and powdered sugar for sprinkling and butter.
