Enhancing Loan Car Management at Sewell Cadillac: A Strategic Approach
This project, conducted for Sewell Cadillac under the EMIS 4395 Senior Design course, aims to address the growing challenges associated with the loan car (LC) program. With high demand and frequent stockouts leading to customer dissatisfaction, our objective is to develop an effective Loan Car Inventory Management tool. This includes process alterations to ensure timely returns and efficient recycling of loan cars. By implementing strategic recommendations, we seek to optimize fleet management and enhance overall customer experience.
