  2. 1- Make sure you have the latest driver as shown bellow.

  3. 2- From Control Panel Select Device Manager.

  4. 3- In the Other devices Select USB Serial Port(COM )

  5. 4-Right Click on USB Serial Port (COM ) And Select Update Driver Software

  6. 5-Select Browse my computer for driver

  7. 6- Browse and locate for the driver from CD/DVD and click Next

  8. 7-Close Update Driver Window.

  9. 8-Make sure driver installed and there is no Question mark (?) on the USB Serial Port

  10. 9-Repeat process 4 to 7 two times until driver installed.
