  11. Use a cell phone during working hours. • A tutor does not co-operate. • A tutor does not reply toLLC email. • A tutor does not come and cannot contact to the LLC immediately. • A tutor’s attitude often changes.

  14. Two tutors working at 2 period. The manager is absent. Both of you started talking each other about non related at LLC. ( laugh a lot, make noise at the desk)
