  1. What Kind of Man? “Nor yet as lording it over those allotted to your charge, but proving to be examples to the flock” (I Peter 5:3).

  2. These Qualities • Represent a type of man, one belonging to God above all else. • Are used as guidelines to select, and while they may eliminate, that’s not the primary purpose. • No one possesses all of them equally. We all have qualities at which we excel.

  3. The Qualities • A desire to serve – I Tim. 3:1 • Honorable, moral – • Family qualities – • Hospitable – • Knowledgeable – • Handles his money well – • Well seasoned in the faith • Sensible – Titus 1:8.
