Why filter rainwater? • The water in a raindrop is one of the cleanest sources of water available, but can absorb gases, soot, and other particles as it falls through the sky. • When it reaches a roof, it can be • exposed to herbicide or pesticide sprays and animal droppings. • A filter is needed to remove those impurities.

  3. Competition and comparison Competition: • Competition is very minimal • Filters on the market include debris removal Comparison: • Our filter removes impurities collected in rainwater through the use of charcoal • Plants fed purified rainwater grow healthier and faster
