ESK Autotube System is a tube device for extracting PRP (Platelet rich plasma) that is used in medical fields such as treatment of pain, cell reproduction and the like. what's Vortex? The Vortex Engineering Method is a unique process for minimizing loss of platelet deposited at an inner bottom surface of the tube along with the red corpuscle by generating a vortex on the fluid flow using a valve and a protrusion (structures) formed at the center of the tube. The PRP has been extracted by a conventional tube, the method of which is such that blood projected in a tube is rotated by a centrifuge to allow the red corpuscle to move downwards of the tube and the plasma to move upwards of the tube in response to difference of specific gravity and density, where a large amount of platelet is deposited at the inner bottom surface of the tube along with the red corpuscle. Features or Strong Points of ESK ESK is manufactured and packed in a sterilized facility, and is further sterilized by gamma rays after the packaging process. ESK is hermetically structured in all connections thereof to ward off various contaminating sources, whereby much cleaner PRP can be acquired. Two tubes of ESK is so interconnected as to enable a prompt enrichment of red corposcule and plasma by locking a valve mounted at an upper tube and a lower tube after the plasma in the drawn blood is separated from the red corposcule. ESK is so designed as to allow all processes of projection, separation and enrichment of blood to be measured by graduations indicated on the tubes to the convenience of a user. ESK is hermetically structured to allow a user to vacuumize using a syringe such that the ESK can be used as a vacuum blood drawing tube (the specification of which may be ordered in separate request and package). ESK is disposable and cannot be refilled, ESK is a Korean Invention having acquired a legitimate registration and has taken out an international patent. ESK is made of materials proper for use in medical fields. ESK is classified into two types based on user requirement, that is, a 10cc standard and a 20cc standard. ESK Draw 10cc of blood using an injector containing 1.4cc of anticoagulant (ACD-A) and project the drawn blood into the ESK (Blood Drawing/Projecting) Use a centrifuge (RPM 2800/4~5min) to perform an initial separation of plasma from red corpuscle (Initial Separation) Check the separated positions of plasma and red corpuscle inside the ESK following the initial separation, and turn to the right or to the left an adjusting handle underneath the ESK to adjust the separated layers (Separated layers adjusted).

  8. ESK Grab an upper body and a lower body of the ESK and turn the ESK bodies to lock a valve lest the separated layers should be mixed (Turn and Lock). Check the enriched state inside the ESK with the naked eye following the enrichment process to ascertain the enriched state of blood platelet (Platelet Check). Use the centrifuge (RPM 3400/6~8min) to perform the enrichment (Enrichment). Add calcium for performance of operation (Calcium Added).
