  1. USEFULNESS OF KUNDALINI REIKI AND CHAKRA MEDITATION HOW KUNDALINI WORKS With the help of your intention when you open and strengthen your body’s energy channels, then you can easily channel Reiki healing to yourself as well as others. Kundalini refers to the opening of the healing channels as well as the chakras bringing on Earth’s energy. The Kundalini energy enters and flows starting from the Root Chakra, located near the coccyx, also known as the energy centre. This Kundalini energy is also referred to as the Kundalini fire as it runs up making its way to the entire body through the main energy channel and is released out of the Crown Chakra located at the top of the head.
