  2. Introduction • ELMEC is one of the leading heater manufacturer in India established by MrG.Srinivasan in the year of 1973. • Elmec designs and manufactures Heaters, Controllers, Sensors and Plc’s. • Elmec is also authorized distributor for Opkon, Maxthermo, Ceramicx, and Optris for the Products of Linear sensor, Linear Encoder, Rotary encoders, Pressure sensor, Temprature controllers, Infrared heaters, PLCs, and HMIs etc.. • We design and manufacture standard and tailor made Ceramic Band, Mica Band, Cartridge, Tubular, Hot Runner, Micro coil, Manifold, Hot Runner Controller heaters, heating Equipments and thermocouple.

  3. Ceramic Infrared Heaters • Ceramic infrared heating elements are efficient, robust heaters which provide long wave infrared radiation. • They are used in a diverse range of industrial processes such as thermoforming, paint curing, printing and drying. • They are also used very effectively in infrared outdoor heaters and infrared saunas.

  4. Ceramic Infrared Technology • Ceramic elements operate in the temperature of 300°C to 700°C (572°F - 1292°F) producing infrared wavelengths in the 2 - 10 micron range. • Most plastics and many other materials absorb infrared best in this range, which makes the ceramic heater the most efficient infrared radiant emitter on the market.

  5. Contd… • A range of aluminized steel reflectors are also available to ensure that most of the radiation generated is reflected forward on to the target area. • For comfort heating utilizing Ceramic Ireland's infrared technology, please visit www.pubsun.com to see the entire range of products for domestic, commercial and other areas.
