We have targeted this date to unveil our new building plans • A tremendous amount of planning and work has been done since the fall • Formal process was run to select our building partner • Selected Dempsey Construction and LPA(Both in attendance tonight) • Worked with all key constituents to develop a fantastic design • You will see it in a few minutes • Submitted to the City of Poway and have received tentative approval • Secured swing space • Revamped our marketing, which has driven significant growth in 2013 and 2014 commitments

The building will have several important features • LEED design • Elements include energy conservation, water conservation, use of natural light as well as thermal indoor comfort • Ability to turn it into one large space for events • Art room and a reading room • Two lower elementary classrooms

  8. We will leverage three sources to fund the building Final approval due on Monday. Appraisal showed a significant increase in property value. Fiscal discipline over the past few years has allowed us to accumulate a significant amount of money This is why we’re here today

  9. Why give? • We need it to secure our future • The government will give you a lot of it back • Chance to be part of the legacy of CMS
