  2. History/Definition The Frequent and excessive lawsuits here in this country accelerated sometimes in the 80’s

  3. Lawyers are actually necessary evil because without one, there is not much to be done to get out of trouble even if you never did anything, the deed in the first place

  4. The traditions of governing people by laws has been established over centuries

  5. High School and College Requirements • A High school diploma, a collage degree, and three years of law are minimum requirements for a law degree.

  6. Formal educational requirements for lawyers include a 4 year collage degree, 3 years in law school, and passing of written bar examination

  7. Workplace • Lawyers do most of their work in offices, law libraries and courtrooms

  8. Offices and courtrooms are usually pleasant, although busy places to work

  9. All lawyers may give legal advice and represent clients in court when necessary

  10. The Paralegals can work in many parts such as personal injury, corporate, criminal, labor, intellect property, and many more

  11. Skill/Duties • Technological is maybe one skill set lawyers expect of paralegal, paralegals can include lawsuits

  12. The Duties of attorney is occupy an important place in society.

  13. Salary/Wages • Salaries of experienced lawyers vary widely according to the type, size, and location of their employer

  14. Lawyers can earn anywhere between $250K- $350K But it depends on how much the lawyer charge

  15. Advantages and Disadvantages • Disadvantages long work weeks not getting to see your family having a secretary high stress

  16. Advantages • Lawyers Malpractice insurance competitive rates and broad coverage
